DONDA. A play on dónde, Spanish for where. The room is the answer: aquí, here.
The world's first Michelin-star nightclub. The Club is the heart. The Restaurant is the pulse. The Secret Garden is the expression. One night moves through all three. Sound. Food. Feeling.
No phones. No photos. The room is the experience.
The room is the music.

Beneath the Paseo. Funktion-One sound tuned to one room. A music venue first, a club second. The best artists, the best musicians, closer than you have ever stood to them. Big names. Small room.

Open kitchen at the heart of the room, and you eat around the cooking. Italian-Mediterranean heritage, Mallorcan produce, classical technique. Food with a pulse: the dining room runs on the same heartbeat as the floor below it.
Candlelight. The terrace alongside.
Every table turns toward the open kitchen.
Steel, timber, candlelight.
The kitchen works in the middle of the room, and the room eats around it.
The Garden is one pane away.
Dinner ends where the night begins.

The Restaurant opens onto the Secret Garden in season. Tables under the palms, candlelight under a Mallorcan sky. Same kitchen, same menu, harder to find. If you know where it is, you are already most of the way in.
ii / Nightclub Food
Dancing food. One bite. Michelin precision, in your hand, on the floor. No fork. No plate. No leaving the room. Nobody else takes club food this seriously.
iii / The Bar
For thirty years the nightclub bar has been the same drink. Vodka, Red Bull, cut limes, ice in a bucket. DONDA breaks the format. Fresh Mallorcan fruit pressed at the bar, tinctures, clarifications, ferments. A cocktail programme that gives the non-drinker as much theatre as the drinker.
Nobody comes to DONDA just to drink. You come to spend the night. The tray finds you on the floor, the cocktail lands at the table, the room does the rest. Drink as ritual; the room as the night.

v / The Site
Three rooms, one address. The basement becomes the Club: sunken floor, two bars, the booth. Street level becomes the Restaurant: daylight, brick joists, glass to the Paseo. The back court becomes the Secret Garden. Today it is brick, steel and dust. Summer 2027, it is the centre of the night.
vi / The Address
Three units under one roof on Paseo Marítimo, Palma, on the axis the world's fleet uses to come ashore. Travertine cladding, steel doors, mature planting. Mediterranean brutalism. Berlin discipline, Mallorca climate.
The water at the front, the city at the back, the Secret Garden held in the middle. Step off the Paseo and the night begins.
